Your precious phone

What would you do if some strangers borrow your phone and accidentally or intentionally broke your phone or just broke the screen or lcd? Would you ask them to pay for it or not?

I don't let people borrow personal items. Your question reminds me of something that happened in the office back when I was working.
If they were financially struggling I'd make a deal with them to repay in small installments that are feasible and dont put too much pressure on them . If it was intentional I'd try to find out why . Ultimately you're responsible too so cant be that mad

Nobody touches my phone. I don’t care what their problem is.

Absolutely. Next time, don't let strangers touch your things.

No strangers borrow my phone. Not an issue.

Intentional breakage is an issue, and could result in civil action in court. Accidental breakage would be my own risk for allowing them to use the device.

Strangers need not be given the phone but you should get the money back if they did break it.

How can a stranger even touch my phone!!
It’s why I wouldn’t lend my phone to a stranger, tbh. If they broke it, I could ask them to pay for it, but I’d couldn’t compel them to do so.

I wouldn't be stupid enough to let someone else use it

I would try to make an insurance claim.
