Depressed, anxious and trying to figure out how to escape a situation that was making me feel that way

recovering from insanity

Traveled to Berlin, 4dsy Festival. Went off on stress leave, Found a new job.
Ended a peculiar relationship, and slowly started a new one.(which was awful)
Travelled to Greece.
Left the new job. Was unemployed for a while. Started temping, got sent to some really awful places.
When I finally started to feel human again the first guy reappeared and all the peculiar stuff came to light with the biggest revelation, that I'm not sure I've recovered from.

Curiously I had to look back in my journal to see what I did on this day in 2016. Spent the day on the beach as it was sunny and 77F. Had dinner that night with my brother and sister in law then went to watch the sunset on the beach.

I am pretty much still doing the same thing. I still work for the same company even.

I was struggling with cocaine and heroin addiction, also I barely got out of that year alive.

I was working as an attorney until December, 2016....when I retired.
