It's really not painful, but I've been icing it a lot and moving around as well.

I put it off as well, should've had it done last year.

@Synyster That's probably the best approach, to have the surgery done. Get it over with and move on with life.
I've spent untold hours sitting around due to pain. I should be out living life instead.

@HeavenBesideYou TBH, not bad at all. I woke up and I wasn't in pain.
I've been using my cryo cuff which fills with cold water to keep the pain and swelling down.
So far so good.
