@Fungirlmmm I found out the hard way what happens when you don't move. My knee locked up almost entirely after my arthroscopy. They tell you to move right away with good reason.

@amObsolete amen. I am fairly limber now, but because I moved it hard and painfully.

@Synyster I had both knees 'scoped, consecutively. I got lazy on my second one and suffered for it needlessly.
I hope you heal up fast and get relief from the pain you were in prior to surgery.
