my little sister sent me a pic of her new boyfriend... turns out i spend some nights with that guy a few years ago. should i tell her ? or better do my best to ignore and hope he plays it cool too ?

I wouldn't. What you and him had is over, it doesn't matter anymore. Why should it? If it was a committed relationship, then you and him would still be together.
Now, would I watch to see if this guy was gonna try to sneak into her pants? Yes. He could just be after that, but if he truly loves her, then he'd wait. Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free. If he realizes that he can't get that one thing with her, he will remove himself. So, let her figure that out but I'd just hope that she is hard to get.

Junior year college I dated a girl I really liked and spent the night at her place after our 5th date. I was in heaven honestly. When I left for work in the morning she saw me out to the kitchen where their door was. There sat one of her roommates - a gal I dated our freshman year.
My date never even [b][i]talked[/i][/b] to me again and walked the other way when we'd run into each other.

You could feign memory loss. But I don't know, if there a taboo about this happening years apart? Seems irrelevant at this point. On the other hand, how could she be mad at if you tell her? I suppose the worst case scenario is if you don't tell her and she finds out and has an issue with that. You know your sister best.

I agree with most of the other people. Tell her - it'll be far more awkward if she finds out from somebody else. Btw I love the way you said you spent some nights with him - no mention of daytimes lol ;-)
