Was it my fault?(SF)

Drinking coffee in a Cafe. A lady walks past me and we exchange pleasantries. Hello, Hello. She immediately collapses in a Faint, cracks her head open on the hard floor and laid there in a dazed state.
Other customers come running, Ambulance is rang and she is taken away.
Should I stop exchanging pleasantries lest this happens again.馃

@Gusman normally you feel yourself getting light headed before that happens. 馃樅

@trackboy Obviously that did not happen in this instance. I know when I fainted once I had plenty of warning.
