How to stop being a SORE LOSER?

When I lose to someone whether it’s school marks, challenge or even gaming, I get so angry and keep regretting that I could do better and I wanted to be the winner. Anyone know if that’s a bad feeling and how to change it?
The problem with having to win is that sooner or later you'll lose.

If you are competitive and want to win BUT can handle losing as well, that's healthy.

Suppose you are an athlete and you take an all-time world record. That's winning! But sooner or later that record will fall. Is that losing?

Or there are two of you competing and you have a day when you do your personal best but the other athlete beats your time by .01 second. Is that losing?

Relax its good your competitive but striving to win all the time will lead to stress which can cause havoc to your body. Relax chill if you can laugh at losing good, who cares unless its hugely important gaming isnt.
The only person you should be challenging is yourself. It's not about ego - winning. It's about becoming a better you.

Getting pissed off and mad only blocks the ability to learn and do better.

You're just very competitive. As long as you don't act out while you're angry. You're just mad at yourself? That's type A personality. It'll help you strive to be better
Unleash your inner child, Be self aware, Know your limits! Learn, apply, change. Make no mistake that life & everything in it IS NOT a game! And remember to enjoy yourself and what you do.

Practice until you are no longer a loser
and forgive the bluntness ,but love is sometimes tough
Stop acting like a baby ,we all lose until we don't
