I already posted this question but barely anyone is answering. I'm panicking to the max now.

I smoked weed and basically I'm mentally and physically freaking the F out and don't know what to do! I drank a lot of water and it's not working. I thought it would make me come down even just a little bit and it's really not. Help..

Don't do anything...just lie down, breathe and try to relax.
You probably got too high, too fast and it's messing with you.
Just chill and it'll pass before you know it.

If you feel like you're going to throw up, go for it.
That's one thing that might make you feel better...aside from sleep.

@LucyFuhr Yea that bad, trust me. Imagining me having a panic attack on some other stronger stuff I can't even fathom right now. If anything that thought alone is enough to trip me back out because I'm having waves of stepping in and out of reality. One minute I feel sort of back only to feel pulled right back in. I just can't wait for all of this to be over. It's like a freaking nightmare.

@justicexoxoxo Coffee won't harm you. It will give you something to do, and focus on. Plus the caffeine will counteract some of the effects of the THC. Unless you happen to be allergic to coffee. If so, disregard.😁
Just keep focusing on being calm. You will be okay, just ride it out. Don't take anything else to make it go away. Just focus on one thought and do not panic it makes it worse. You feel bad, but little by little it will get better. The key is staying calm and quiet.

@dragonfly46 Yep. That's exactly how I feel. I still feel a bit disconnected from reality. I had to go out to run some errands and drive a distance and home now wondering how the helk I even made it home because I'm still mentally out of it. I am feeling way better compared to last night.

If I were you, I'd try Benadryl. It may help get some of it out, but more importantly, it should help you sleep it off.

@ForeverGrowingOld Well I've tried drinking water and eating this snack thing. I am away from people, in my room. I tried to go to sleep earlier and I eventually freaked myself out laying down on my own bed so now I'm up again. I've had this kind of experience before but I smoked after that incident and got better so I smoked again and it was fine for a while then this happens! Ahhh :(

@SAandME Yea, you don't say..I stopped for some years then got back into it late last year and convinced I was fine because I smoked more then this before and felt good but this is legit the first time I feel this bad from it. Never touching this stuff ever again is definitely a strong realm of possibility at this point.
