@ForeverGrowingOld Well I've tried drinking water and eating this snack thing. I am away from people, in my room. I tried to go to sleep earlier and I eventually freaked myself out laying down on my own bed so now I'm up again. I've had this kind of experience before but I smoked after that incident and got better so I smoked again and it was fine for a while then this happens! Ahhh :(
