Just keep focusing on being calm. You will be okay, just ride it out. Don't take anything else to make it go away. Just focus on one thought and do not panic it makes it worse. You feel bad, but little by little it will get better. The key is staying calm and quiet.

@dragonfly46 I feel my physical sense is starting to feel more intact now, less floaty but my mind is still gone as fuck.

@dragonfly46 Yep. That's exactly how I feel. I still feel a bit disconnected from reality. I had to go out to run some errands and drive a distance and home now wondering how the helk I even made it home because I'm still mentally out of it. I am feeling way better compared to last night.
