A lightweight 7mm mag hunting rifle was the most unpleasant.
Ive also fired 40mm grenades, the M60 gpmg, the .45 cal M1 Thompson, various .50 cal muzzle loaders.
Others that get honorable mention for recoil are a French Mle16 carbine in 8mm Lebel (that hurts) an Austrian M95 carbine in 8x56R mm. Chineese T53 / Soviet M44 carbines (notice a trend there..i like carbines, what can i say)

@ArnoldJRimmer A muzzle loader would be interesting to try!

@GerOttman if you can try out a flintlock they are an interesting experience. Having to hold still in the time between the flash in the pan and the main charge is a challenge.
