What's the Largest Firearm You've Ever Shot?

I've fired a 12 gauge a couple of times, .38 handgun with a .357 magnum cartridge that had quite a kick. Rifle was just a .223 M-16 in basic training. Would love to squeeze a few rounds off with something bigger!
