And, when it grows up and it's wild nature kicks in, will you still want it around then? They are beautiful, no doubt. But, I just worry about that wild side.
@Trav2024 Yes I would still want it! Animals are forever. Plus, I know better than to treat it like a house cat, it would have free run of the hills behind the house as soon as it was old enough. Eventually it would fade into the hills and just come for the occasional visit... or it could be like my other cats and act like a dog.😆 I'm like a friggin' Disney character, I make friends with every animal within range.😎😻 I once trained the wild rabbits in the yard to respond in different ways to different whistles. One sound if the dog was with me, another if I was alone. If the dog wasn't with me the rabbits would chill in the yard and I could sit down with them. I've had Mocking bird friends that would sit with me after I saved their nest from a snake, hop right onto my lap and chatter at me.🤓 The lizards in the garden are trained and let me hand feed them.😎
