Guys ...how did you started? ...I mean not like going to gym etc...but at home...how you started? I need tips...since I want to get in better shape and can't do sports thanks to damaged knee :/
There's a good YouTube channel called Yoga With Adriene. She has a lot of helpful videos for beginners. Further researching about the benefits of doing yoga, and the meaning of it will definitely motivate you to stay on track and keep practicing. Good luck! ✌🏻
