I used to be flexible. But NEVER like THIS! 😱 🤯

I do wonder at times, just how flexible they are, much later in life when they start that young.

There is such a thing as age appropriate training.

It looks like she's talking out of her butt. I know plenty of people who do that figuratively, but she's the only one I've seen do it literally.
