I Practice Yoga

I've been having quite a stressful time recently, and my best friend got me to consider Yoga.....

She's just had a baby and is using it to get herself back into shape.....

So, I tried....nice and gentle....a nice stretch....found my balance was rubbish on one side of my body....

But felt so much better for it...

Just been doing around 20 mins daily for the last week and feel much more relaxed, less stress, calmer, and healthier....

I'm a convert!

Although u have done Yoga in the past, not that often, with doing it daily I have found it works great...
