I Enjoy Naked Yoga

My college roomate introduced me to yoga. At first I felt I didn't have time, my schedule was pretty full. After pestering I gave in and tried it. I liked it, then loved it. The naked part came later and I love that too. Now I do it every morning before I go to work

@swl2jo What freefeeling said. It's all on your individual self, not to be competitive with others or the image. Do what you can and make yourself better than you were before. That's the true spirit.
