Sidewalks Fight With Me

Well I guess I will never learn sidewalks win. I was out walking early this morning. The sidewalk is sometimes uneven in places. I usually look at the ground as I walk. I tripped an fell down on my front side. Since i'm already born with a walking disability. I've done it plenty of times before so i'm used to it. I sat down on the ground to collect my thoughts. I stood up carefully & limped my way back to my apartment. I didn't do much damage this time just a few cuts.

Do you need to use a walker?

@GoFish I was thinking I was prescribed a cane. So I need to probably get back to using that. I was prescribed a walker back when I broke my right femur. To help strengthen my legs instead rolling around in a wheelchair. But that didn't last longonce I was prescribed the walker. When I went to physical therapy at the hospital. I stepped off the curb to get in my Uber. But I lost my footing an fell down. Got home but called paramedics to go back to the hospital. To get checked out xrays also. Then the hospital got me into a rehab facility for a month. To help me with getting some exercise in the gym.
