Well, I was finally able to walk again today

I have been struggling with my heart and lungs over the last few days (Please see previous posts.) and even though I don't feel much better today, I made myself put in a mile (22 minutes).
I couldn't breathe well at first, but after about 10 minutes, my lungs seemed to work better.
After I was done, I had an irregular heartbeat and tightness in my chest, along with nausea.
This went away after I ate a small breakfast. I am going to make myself put in another mile today, because I know it is important. 👍

Walking is very good cardiovascular for the heart and lungs and you can breathe better too and feel better too every day and night you walk and the afternoon too so that will help you out too and get you back into shape again and you can lose weight too if you need too also and build up your muscles in your legs too this all helps out too
