What a great day!

Today, my Husband and I got a couple of miles in walking in the country. Then this afternoon I did 4 more miles at home. I am doing this thing. Even if I break my diet, I will never miss getting my miles in. :-)

My plan is to work up to 10 miles a day, and I think I will see success in this.
