in my diet, I may drop my miles from 6 miles a day to 4 or 5 miles a day. I changed my diet from intermittent fasting to prolonged fasting, so adding more and more miles to my walks ever so many days, may not be needed. 🤔
I guess I will see how I feel, though. If I feel good enough, I may keep adding more and more miles. 🙂
Today I have only gotten in 2 miles, though. I was a long day and the Dept. of Transportation. :-)
I know I will get at least 3 more miles in before bed.🙂

UPDATE- I only got in 3 miles before bed. I'm afraid the two hours of peopleing this morning took more energy out of me than I realized. Oh, 3 miles is ok.:-)
