I didn't walk yesterday. I can't offer any excuses, 😞 but I am back at it today. :-)
I have already put in 4 of the planned 7 miles for today. I figure one extra mile,a day, will help make up for the 6 I lost yesterday, and maybe the scale will still show a loss on Friday.🙂
UPDATE- Got all 7 miles in. :-)
SECOND UPDATE-I did another mile in the swimming pool for a total of 8. I also stepped on the scale, and yesterday's fiasco didn't cause me to gain. I haven't lost any since last Friday either. 🤔Still at 231 pounds. :-)
