Walking in the country today...
My Husband and I walked in the country for two of my miles today, and it was a much better workout. We went up and down steep hills. My Husband told me it built character, but I told him, " No, it builds butt muscles!". It was a great morning that he and I got to spend alone with each other.
I came home and finished the last 4 miles indoors. So I did get all six miles in. I don't think I am going to push my miles up anymore for a while, though. This feels to be about what I can handle right now. I am kinda happy with the progress. I went from no miles to six miles in a week. That isn't too bad. :-)
