Just did a barefeet path, yes there were rocks! it sucked and was cold! but at least with family!

Walking barefoot is so good for you.

But ....be careful. You need to condition feet to harsh ground. If you dont - you can do damage to them.

There are something like 30 joints, 25 bones (dont quote me😂) and over a hundred muscles in a foot.....damage to just one of those can stop you walking, damamge your balance, misalign your body, blah blah blah .

Our feet get weak from wearing shoes.
They lose flexibility and proper form.
This can put a lot of strain on unused muscles and weak joints of the foot, that can then put strain on muscles all up our body :
Legs
Hips
Back....everything is connected.

I highly reccomend foot exercises and some barefoot shoes to start with to condition the structure of your feet if you want to make this a regular thing🤗

yeah this one hurt, cold water, the grind on the ground sharp rocks! i hoped for a friendlier path!

damn no wonder theres so many foot fetishist!
so much to love and important!

my feet are for sure weak, the middle of my feet is quite weak!
maybe i'll do that!
