My walk to the Supermarket

Didn't want to but must
Walked in a different direction a few days days ago. This time to town as I ran out of food. Carried a small luncbox size cooler with an Icepack and kept reminding myself just to get the necessities.

This time wore my ankle steeltoe shoes as its heavy and knew it would add to my workout.

At the supermarket
Picked up three blocks of tuna fillets, just the right size for cutting into Sashimi and a steak, all which I stuffed into my little cooler.

Hehe..., as I left the markets parking lot I stopped and realized I didn't buy any cigarettes. Told myself forget it just keep walking, if anything I'm doing myself a favor and if I really wanted to smoke that bad I'd just would have to walk again. 👍🏼

Added surprise
Using the same path on my return, I happened upon a coin purse which I purposely stepped on and it felt like something was inside. YeeeHaaa... it contained four Forever stamps and Thirty dollars to which I was elated, its been quite awhile since striking it rich lol !

Was hoping the walk would take away the aches in my lower joints, low and behold it did !
Because the walk was much longer this time, my breathing was labored and tried to slow my breathing down like I normally do, but to no avail. It was only till I was through with my shower and sitting on my couch did my breathing finally return to normal (whew!).

Today
Several days later, walked to get my fix, which took me three hours though I stopped several times where there was shade and let the cool tradwinds cool my body down.

Life is good
Thank-you God 👍🏼

Do not spend that money you found, take it straight back to the store where you went, it could be that person's last of the money until next payday.
