Just do it! Power walking during the winter
It just takes me a minute to get motivated, as soon as I remember around 4:00 PM my most active phase during the day, I step out for a walk! I grab my two 3lb dumbells and put some gloves on pull up my boods and zip up my jacket and go! It's as simple as that, each week I add an extra block, and when March rolls around I will increase my hand held dumbells from 3 lbs to 5 lbs! And see how that feels! I'm just doing it, not caring if I'm losing weight or not, eating healthy, and having my muffin when I want, I'm enjoying the process and slowly transitioning into a more healthier lifestyle without feeling guilty or beating myself up for the hiccups along the road! It's great!
