I've been going on my daily winter walks,
I have been going for longer and longer winter walks, with two 3lbs weights in each hand, swinging my arms back and forth opposite to each step...I feel it in my ribs, I feel it in my hips, arms and calves and even neck! It's great! I will continue to increase how many blocks I walk, adding another block each week, and in March I plan to increase my weights to 5 lbs instead of 3 lbs! I'm just doing it! Be it cold or not! And if I miss a day, I will jump onto my elliptical and do my SIT routine which is giving it my all for a minute, then resting for a minute, then giving it my all again, and repeating that for a few sets until I'm like jelly. It's supposed to be just as good as a 45 minute workout! I am also taking my vitamins a multivitamin, a D vitamin and a hair skin and nails vitamin, and I am drinking detox tea, skinny tea, and immune tea, and trying to eat healthier! And sleep better, I also take meletonin each night to fall asleep...Oh I also do a bunch of different sets with the 3 lbs weights at night and do 3o reps and 5 different workouts with the weights until I can't do another...I'm very happy with myself, well at least the effort I'm putting forth, I'm not yet happy about my weight or body shape, at the moment but all of that will take consistancy and time if going at the rate that I'm going! I'll do good!
