Dog walkers: How many

How many “pirouettes” do you have to do when you were walking your puppy dog on a leash to keep from getting tangled? I recently started walking my 4 month old pup, and she bounces herself all the way left then all the way to the right of the sidewalk. Some times pausing to sniff. I keep going to train her: I think to myself, “we’re not stopping at ever beautiful scent. “ she kept going in all directions. At one point, I did three spins to keep myself from tripping! Darn dogs! But it’s fun. I just pretend I’m a balerina working out in rubber soled shoes!
