Did some people 'forget' that pedestrians have the right of way?

😐 I crossed (in the crosswalk) the road trying to enjoy a walk with my pups, and this dude screams at me. His words were "I know you have the right of way but you need to stay outta the way..." 😯 Like wtf? How did that make sense? 🤣
