Did some people 'forget' that pedestrians have the right of way?

😐 I crossed (in the crosswalk) the road trying to enjoy a walk with my pups, and this dude screams at me. His words were "I know you have the right of way but you need to stay outta the way..." 😯 Like wtf? How did that make sense? 🤣

A lot of angry people out there . . . if there is a controlled intersection then pedestrians must obey their traffic signal but some people waltz into the road taking their sweet time expecting everyone to stop for them like they own the road they have no shame and are incapable of maintaining society.
