Absolutely true.
I went for a walk the other morning for about 2-1/2 hours. Came back home and had a nice soak in the tub.
It's like ctrl+alt+del for yourself. :)

too many OOHS.
and not any more.. i miss that, my wife (and i) would always wander around aimlessly.
it was fun, esp. so if we ended up some place to sit, eat, talk... without any clause or determination to proceed with some internal clock of obligation.

I love to do that in big city streets especially.. Once I spent a whole day in Manhattan.. just walking in the streets. It was a beautiful day.
