I’m not sure of it actually is, and I may never know but every time I tell I notice it’s close by, I pretend and tell myself it is you and that you’re there always watching - it always makes me feel safe knowing or believing it is you.

Though if it’s not you, I wonder who it could be and may need you to help keep an eye out.… 🤔😨😬

No that wouldn't be me. i dont wait and watch women irl. I would announce myself and make myself known, to make people feel at ease not wait and watch. Who does that. Hopefully nobody is harassing you. Be safe, I see a lot of scary stories of criminals looking at girls in the gym for example.
