No. The road is the only place to walk. And people drive like it's a highway. It's two lanes and dark with houses only on one side. I doubt people would be a problem but it's not a safe walk into town during the day.

Very safe where I am. Although the main street lights go off after 11:30, the foot/cycle ways that criss-cross my housing area are lit all night. I have no fear of other people around here at night any more than in the daytime.

Yes. No issues at all. I'd carry a flashlight to be visible to others though because it gets dark in the countryside where I live.
Elessar · 26-30, M
Yeah, it's pretty safe over here and there's always people around, day and night, locals and tourists
No, cus I live out in the country, and there wouldn't be enough light...
Probably would be totally fine as far as people go, other than cars driving too fast and maybe not seeing you, but I wouldn't expect many of those

Mostly yes but I'd still be careful. You just never know.

Yes.

Yes, it's perfectly safe as long as you keep an eye open for sneaky snakes.
Anniedlr · 26-30, F
Yes but I always remain alert to possible problems 🙂

No I don't. There are no sidewalks and very few street lights. Plus we have alligators here. I definitely don't feel safe walking at night.

@Musicman i did get to pet a 3 foot long gator on a tour in new orleans...it was our guides daughter's pet that he took out when we couldn't see any in the wild because it was november and they were 😴for the winter...but it was fun

@beermeplease God bless you 🙏 What did it feel like?

@Musicman cold..lol, but the cutest thing...it basically rested on my arm. lol, the guide said to be careful as it was his daughters pet. we were still on the boat in the bayou when he took it out of the cooler...(which i honestly thought had beer in it) he said his daughter would kill him if it jumped in the water and escaped. i must say it was a time i won't forget even though we couldn't see the "big" ones. he was like the aussie steve erwin (rip) but from down south.

@ShenaniganFoodie there are some things wrong with that picture...
1...there are 2 cupholders (not talking about her bikini top) but no drink
2...why does she need a floatation device in the first place? 🤔
