I Need to Exercise More

I get to the gym almost every day, I do many cardiovascular exercises, and aerobic exercises, but I need to do more resistance exercises to enhance my strength. I'm only 39.7 kgs, at 1m 68, a bmi of 14, but still I need to strengthen as well as tone.

You may need to cut down on the cardio if doing too much
Don't sound healthy . Defeats the purpose of exercise .
