There's never a bad time to start! 🫵

I love my current body size because I love my current clothes! I hate going up and down in weight and having to get rid of clothes I have bought and am used to! 😠

But when I get my AC my home exercise will start for real. I feel that I need more muscle mass and less fat. I already know what kind of exercise I just need to figure out a good space for it. I'll do mornings and evenings daily.

It will help me eat more regularly which would be good as this body needs food every third hour but is getting coffee and 3-4-5 hours later it gets one meal and then a night snack. Not good 🙄 Some guy obsessed posted about oatmeal and I will start with oatmeal breakfast after exercising.

My goal is to keep this routine so I will keep exercise during the autumn and winter too and yes, next summer I will need some new sun dresses. I'm ok with that. Just not this summer!

@SW-User My main focus isn't my looks but that I need to exercise because it's good for me mentally and physically. Which helps me eat better.

Muscle mass weights more than fat so I'm not looking for a new number on the scale per se.

Just wanna do what feels good for body and get a routine I'm happy with.

I used to intense exercise outdoors but it's been too humid outside this summer so I have not moved a single bone.

@Queendragonfly That’s why I need to exercise as well. It helps me feel better and gain energy. I do eat better when I exercise and shed pounds. Exercise is like anti depressants but without the nasty side effects. You are on the right path and good luck 🍀.

@SW-User Right!? I never felt as good as when I went out on a intense exercise 2-3 times a week. But that's suicide in this heat. 😩And my apartment is so hot right now. I try to raise my pulse as little as possible.

@Queendragonfly I agree it’s too hot to do exercise outdoors. I am not fond of the summer. I like spring and fall only. I’m lucky to have a gym membership that I barely used before. I’m planning on going everyday and I’m sure it will pay off after a few weeks.

@SW-User Gym everyday sounds like A LOT especially if you hard-exercise. It takes time to get there and back too. If I went to a gym I'd maximum go 2-3 times a week. Because at a Gym I'd finish myself completely with all kinds of muscle training. It's important to let the body rest 1-2 days in between.

@Queendragonfly I’m only using the treadmill for now. I have no energy for muscle training. I’m happy using the treadmill and maybe the eliptical at times. I use my weights at home. I use the 5 and 8 pound weights.

@SW-User You do both weights at home and go to the gym? Without it feeling overwhelming?

I have my partners weights to lend but I forget them 😂,I'll have to put it in the calendar notes.

@Queendragonfly I’m only starting the weights so it’s not overwhelming. I only use them for like 10 minutes. I’m taking it slow at first. I haven’t exercised for a long time. I just took few walks which didn’t help. You have to walk at a fast pace to burn the fat.

Me and my partner did the mistake to go and exercise for five hours and we were sore for like 4 days after and haven't went since 😂

We started a bit too high 🙄

It made me remember to rather do small habit than one super exercise and then nothing more in months.
