@maxa132001: Then take baby steps. Start with simple workouts and gradually get to the advanced stuff, slowly turn 30 minutes to an hour, eventually turn two workout days a week to five days a week. It's better than doing nothing and only wishing. At least you're making progress to get where you used to be.

Try dancing or bicycling or roller skating or whatever you liked as a kid instead of "training." Exercise can help pull you up out of depression.
