I Need to Exercise More
When I was a kid I was fat I can remember in my early teens spending most of a summer staying in eating pizza hut every day and watching cable tv... Something happened down the line and I started to train I quickly lost weight and got into better shape. Now I have suffered a personal failure that has taken the wind out of my sails and now I feel weak and useless I used to jog everyday if not everyday every other day now maybe one or two times a week a couple of times I have gone a entire week doing nothing. Its funny how failure effects your energy level.
