Good. That's something you can improve quickly. Gotta' work for it though. Probably not best to smoke when you're on the elliptical machine though.

@krisyy: Yeah. One effects the other. But I smoke a bit, work out a lot and my hobbies are all really physical. Could I go harder and faster if I didn't smoke? Probably. But can I blow the doors off my buddies who don't smoke? Yeah. So I guess balance can be our friend.

No, there are other things that need to be looked at, smoking could also be causing other things which lead to your inability to climb the stairs.

@samueltyler2: I'm not really incapable of climbing the stairs, I just get shortness of breath while climbing 3-4 floors up but it's not that severe to cause for concern. But maybe I should consult a physician as well. I'll take your advice on that
