I Need to Exercise More

I feel like all I need to do is to tone up,
but I'd rather dance for hours in my room until I sweat lol

Maybe I'll try a fitness app, someday (laughs)

What is your fitness goal? To just simply lose weight? Losing weight is just as simple as eating better for most people. Stay away from junk food and don't go anywhere near GMOs if you have the choice. I used to be obese when I was younger, but I lost a ton of weight just by simply cutting out the junk food and switching to a ketogenic diet. Believe me when I say I'm not very rich either, I just use my money wisely. Also, dancing is nice. I do it a lot when no one is looking. Lol
