Listening to smooth jazz is what motivates me to exercise. How about you? What types of music do you exercise by? All I need is a good beat and my body is good to go. No routine

If you REALLY want to lose weight you can do it. Just make it up in your heart and mind and be determined to stick to a regular routine or habit of exercise and healthy eating. After working out have yourself a healthy small salad (you can include small pieces of meat if you wish) and a green smoothie and plenty of water.
