I Need to Exercise More

I do love the gym, but sometimes there aren't enough hours in the day to get a good workout!

I love classes, and boxercise is probably my favourite. But I do go to various dancercise classe, and a spinning class too.

Whilst fitness is crucial so is nutrition, and I'm very careful what time of the day I have my carbohydrates.
