I walked 14 blocks today! I increased my walk by an extra 10 blocks!
But I didn't include any weights this time because I went to the store....Then I did my usual 4 blocks on my way home! I did break a sweat, on this mild winter day! It's great, absolutely fabulous!!! It's not a chore at all, I'm really enjoying myself each and every day that I do this! I've also included ab workouts to my new found exercise regieme! So I started off by doing crunches and sit ups and planks on top of lifting little dumbells and walking with dumbells, it's increasing each and every week, I will be increasing my 3lb weights up to 5 lbs weights this week as I go out for walks around the neighborhood! Yay me! I'm gonna lose weight and become more lean like in my 20's well at least that is my goal!
