@Stephie So usually a 1RM or the heaviest for a single lift. So for 3....the heaviest weight you can maintain for three consecutive lifts.

Actually, in Switzerland TGIF has a slight different spelling and is TGUM (Two Great Udders to Milk) 🤣

The only Swiss Cow breeds I remember from my University days were dairying breeds the Swiss Brown and Simmental. However they were not very popular as other breeds were higher producing.

@KiwiBird We Swiss are not famous for high production rates but for quality production. Those Swiss cows probably produced a whole wheel of Emmental cheese, including the holes 🫢
