@sarabee1995 @Stephie The only Swiss Cow breeds I remember from my University days were dairying breeds the Swiss Brown and Simmental. However they were not very popular as other breeds were higher producing.
@KiwiBird We Swiss are not famous for high production rates but for quality production. Those Swiss cows probably produced a whole wheel of Emmental cheese, including the holes 🫢
