The Sumo squats gives me a totally distorted idea of your size 😂 but I get what it means. Great job!

Totally badass, especially the pike push ups

My workout today is a boatload of push ups and pulls finished off with a 20 mile spin class of hills.
It's a basic one for me today....but it's what I feel that I need.
