Training done and am very happy about it, it was a good day

I did go to the stadium and I did train the least of the weird stuff of my kung fu.. On my way out, a man with whom we exchange a salutation there happened to be running next to me and he said something like "you're pretty good there with the training"..:) and I smiled at him.

Now I'm doing some laundry and then.. What for dinner... Give me ideas. Something light and easy but tasty...:)
