Found out why my backs hurting

I’ve been neglecting my hip exercises for my muscle tear and as a result my left side has been overcompensating. I just need to get back on the PT and it should be okay.

Sorry to hear but I’d like to hear about the hip exercises..I suffer so much with one of mine and it always ends up with my back going

@SmoKin I have a labral hip tear. The exercises are fairly simple actually just lifting your leg out in front of you and doing side raises. It takes a while but it helps.
