What does it do for you. Personally I feel tired and my joints gets stiff when I skip a day. I make sure I do it daily. Someone says it tires him. What's your experience?

I walk every day ...well I took a break over winter because it was too cold here but I'm back doing it . It gives me some much needed time to myself ..energy and a better outlook in general
