Post Workout With Kitty #104 (I think)
I ran 4 miles today. That's all.
Yesterday I ran 3 miles and did full body so I am taking it easy.
I told people at my favorite bars that I wouldn't be back till April. Same with the strip club (although those bishes don't give a fuck). I just wanted to make the statement so that if I show up before I weigh 180 lbs in March then I will look like a bullshitter.
I have to maintain a 600 calorie deficit every day using my food diary while satisfying my macro and micro requirements. I did that before for 4 months so of course I can do it again.
I can kind of tell that I could be hot if I pushed hard enough. People had made comments in November that they noticed my face was getting thinner. And of course I went down 2 pant sizes.
Once I reach 180 then maybe 170 might be a new goal for the end of the year but I will never try to weigh less than 170. After that I will never need to worry about my calorie deficit again as long as I keep eating as I had to get there.
I remember one of the strippers today told me she was getting fat and I said yea. I didnt refute it because I understand how weight loss works. You can be overweight and carry it well or badly. It hides but the scale and the tape measure tell the full picture of your body fat percentage that sometimes nobody else can see!
