I didn't expect it but the hardest part of training for me is rest days

I don't like sitting around 😅 I know I could be making progress but my body's like "dude chill". There's a build up of fatigue and it takes a couple days at least. I've been going for over a month straight with just the odd day.

I like the discipline but my sets have been harder than normal and I'm feeling sleepy after sleeping. Think my nervous system needs the rest.

Have you tried meditating?
It worked for me...sometimes.
